We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mobile & Digital Channels Developer to support the development, maintenance, and daily operation of our digital platforms, including mobile applications, websites, and customer-facing digital services. The ideal candidate will combine software development skills with digital channel management to ensure reliable, efficient, and user-friendly digital experiences.
Key duties & responsibilities
- Mobile Application Development: Develop, maintain, test, and support mobile applications, including troubleshooting issues and managing application releases. (such as Flutter)
- Website & Digital Platform Development: Develop, maintain, test, and support website and USSD systems, and integrations across digital platforms.
- System Integration & Technical Support: Investigate and resolve technical issues affecting digital channels and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Digital Channel Operations: Monitor and manage the daily operation of digital channels, including the mobile app, website, and other customer-facing platforms.
- Content & Campaign Management: Update website and app content, publish promotions, and support digital campaign execution.
- System Monitoring & Quality Assurance: Conduct routine checks to ensure digital services, forms, payment journeys, and customer processes are functioning correctly.
- Analytics & Performance Monitoring: Track digital channel performance using analytics tools and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on digital channel performance, user engagement, and operational issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in mobile application development, web technologies, or digital platform management.
Preferred Skills - Mobile application development (Flutter)
- Web development technologies and CMS platforms.
- API and system integration knowledge.
- Familiar with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar analytics tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
